Din anonymitet
Hvis du vil være anonym, så vær opmærksom på, at konsulentfirmaet Odin2 ApS ikke videregiver din identitet til virksomheden uden dit samtykke. Det gælder også for andre data, der kan hjælpe til at identificere dig.

Hvad skal du beskrive?
Skriv gerne så mange oplysninger som muligt. Jo mere detaljeret, du kan skrive din indberetning, jo bedre muligheder har Odin 2 ApS for at undersøge den.

Vi anbefaler, at du som minimum besvarer nedenstående spørgsmål.

• Hvad ønsker du at indberette om?

• Hvornår har forholdet fundet sted? (skriv start, slut og varighed)
• Hvilke personer er involverede i forholdet?
• Hvilke personer kan vide mere om forholdet?
• Har du tidligere henvendt dig til andre om forholdet?

Sletning af oplysninger
Hvis indberetningen ikke falder inden for anvendelsesområdet for whistleblowerordningen, sletter Odin 2 ApS personoplysningerne straks.
Oplysningerne slettes desuden, når det ikke længere er nødvendigt at opbevare oplysningerne, herunder når undersøgelserne er afsluttet.

You can submit your report to LM Gruppen A/S’s whistleblower program through the consulting firm Odin2 ApS. Below, you can find detailed information on what to keep in mind when reporting to the LM Gruppen whistleblower program via Odin2 ApS.

Odin2 ApS will contact you if further information is needed. Therefore, please check your inbox regularly.
You will always receive a confirmation of receipt within 7 days of submitting your report.

Your Anonymity
If you wish to remain anonymous, please note that Odin2 ApS will not disclose your identity to the company without your consent. This also applies to any other data that could help identify you.

What to Include in Your Report
Please provide as much information as possible. The more detailed your report, the better Odin2 ApS can investigate it.

We recommend answering the following questions as a minimum:

• Your name and phone number (if you wish to provide them).
• What is your relationship to the company? (e.g., employee, former employee, prospective employee, partner, etc.)
• What do you want to report?
• How did you become aware of the issue?
• When did the issue occur? (start date, end date, and duration)
• Who is involved in the issue?
• Who else might have knowledge of the issue?
• Have you previously contacted others regarding the issue?

Deletion of Information
f the report does not fall within the scope of the whistleblower program, Odin2 ApS will delete personal data immediately.
Information will also be deleted when it is no longer necessary to retain it, including after investigations are concluded.

Usunięcie informacji
Jeśli zgłoszenie nie wchodzi w zakres programu dla sygnalistów, Odin 2 ApS bezzwłocznie
usuwa dane osobowe. Informacje są również usuwane, gdy ich przechowywanie nie jest już
konieczne, w tym po zakończeniu dochodzenia.
